Efficient Work Order Management: Jan-IT
Jan-IT is a free iPhone application developed by The Facilities Group, designed for efficient work order management. Users can access and complete work orders from anywhere, with the ability to view upcoming tasks for today, tomorrow, this week, and beyond. The app allows for seamless addition of proof of work through in-app photo uploads, client sign-offs, and check-in/check-out features within the mobile platform.
The app provides detailed work order information such as client details, scope of work, location information, TFG Account Manager, post-check-in notes, and photo uploads. Additionally, Jan-IT supports multiple languages with the option to switch languages from the main menu post-login.
